In plain language

You get LuxeReply free for 8 weeks, with up to 500 AI replies a month. No card and no automatic charge.

During the Beta we ask for 3 short calls, a few questions inside the app and a short survey at the end. We want you to use it on real reviews of your business and give us honest feedback.

You decide what gets published. LuxeReply creates the drafts, and no reply is published to Google without your approval.

If you continue on a paid plan after the Beta, with prices starting from €15 a month, your plan price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Even if the plan gains new features, you will not pay more for your plan. Add-ons, such as extra locations, are billed separately.

All prices include VAT. The Beta does not turn into a paid subscription automatically: you continue only if you choose to.

1What you get

The full product, free, for eight weeks, from the moment your setup is complete.
Up to 500 AI replies a month and up to 10 locations.
Your Google reviews from the last 12 months come into LuxeReply on day one.
We create the first three drafts together on the setup call. After that, you create them yourself.

After the Beta: if you continue, the price of the plan you choose is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Even if the plan gains new features, you will not pay more for your plan. We do not ask for a card, and the Beta does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

2What we ask

Three short calls across the eight weeks: a 30-minute setup call, one in week 2 and one in week 7.
Short questions inside the app, at the moment you are using it. One line, one click.
A short survey at the end of the Beta.
Use LuxeReply on real reviews of your business.
Permission to cite the results of your participation anonymously, unless you agree otherwise.

Earn extra free weeks: for every additional feedback call you do between week 2 and week 7, one free week is added at the end of the Beta. The same goes for every referral that is accepted into the programme. Extra weeks are added after the original eight weeks.

3You are on a Beta version

The platform evolves while you use it. You may come across features that do not work as they should yet. When that happens, we want to know. There is a report button inside the app and the LuxeReply team looks into it right away.

Nothing is published without your approval. LuxeReply creates the draft reply, and publishing to your Google Business Profile happens only by your own action. There is no automatic publishing.

4Your data

We use your data only to run your account: to sync your reviews and to create replies for you.
The AI adapts the style of your replies inside your own account, based on your settings and the edits you make to drafts. We do not use your data to train general AI models and we do not share it with other customers.
Review text is sent to the AI provider we use, solely to create the matching reply. Our sub-processors are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Data from your Google Business Profile is handled under Google's applicable Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your Google Business Profile and ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

5What we ask you not to share

Talk about LuxeReply freely, show your results and recommend it to anyone you like.

The only thing we ask you to keep between us is features that have not been announced yet and whatever we discuss on the calls about what we are preparing.

6How it ends

At the end of the eight weeks, plus any extra weeks you have earned, we send you your report and you choose whether to continue at a locked price or to stop. If you stop, you are charged nothing and your account stays on the free plan.

You can also leave at any time, with no commitment. If you decide to leave, we would only ask you to tell us what did not work for you, so we can understand what to improve.
