In plain language

LuxeReply drafts replies to your Google reviews. You read them, change what you want, and publish. Nothing reaches your Google profile until you approve it, and you stay responsible for what you publish.

The plans are Free, Starter at €15 a month, and Pro at €29 a month with 1000 replies. All prices include VAT. You can cancel at any time from your account, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LuxeReply, a platform operated by Edem Inn single member PC, a company incorporated in Greece with its registered office at Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece 49081 (“LuxeReply”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, using the service, or ticking to accept, you agree to these Terms. If you are using LuxeReply for a company or another legal entity, you accept them on its behalf.

Two further documents form part of this agreement: the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, and the Data Processing Agreement, which sets out the controller and processor terms and applies whenever personal data is processed through LuxeReply.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use LuxeReply on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and to tell us at [email protected] as soon as you believe someone else has access to your account.

One account belongs to one business. The Pro plan supports up to 10 users inside the same business. Sharing one account across unrelated businesses is not permitted.

What LuxeReply does

LuxeReply connects to your Google Business Profile, imports your reviews, and drafts replies in your own voice using artificial intelligence. It also provides review analytics, keyword and sentiment analysis, translation and reporting.

Nothing is published to Google automatically. LuxeReply prepares a draft, you read it, edit it if you want, and publish it yourself. You remain responsible for the content of every reply you publish.

AI drafts can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular situation. We do not warrant that a draft is accurate, appropriate or compliant with any platform policy, and nothing LuxeReply produces is legal advice.

Connecting Google Business Profile

When you connect a Google Business Profile, you confirm that you own it or that you are authorised to manage it, and that you may grant LuxeReply access through the platform's official API.

Your use of Google Business Profile through LuxeReply is also subject to Google's own terms and policies. LuxeReply is an independent third-party platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Google.

You can disconnect Google at any time from your account settings, and you can revoke our access from your Google account. Disconnecting stops new reviews from being imported. Replies you have already published stay on Google.

Plans, prices and payment

LuxeReply is a subscription service. The current plans are:

Free: 5 replies a month, 1 location.
Starter: €15 a month or €144 a year, 200 replies a month, one location included, and you can manage up to 3 locations in total.
Pro: €29 a month or €228 a year, 1000 replies a month, one location included, and you can manage up to 10 locations in total, with up to 10 users.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.

Locations beyond the first are not included in the plan price. Every paid plan price covers one location. Each additional location is charged on top, monthly: €12 on Starter and €9 on Pro. The totals of 3 and 10 are the most you can manage on each plan, not what the price covers.

Monthly reply allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month, not on your billing date. Reviews keep syncing when an allowance runs out, only new AI drafts pause until the reset.

On the Free plan you can buy an extra pack of 10 replies for €5. A pack is valid for 30 days and only one unexpired pack can be held at a time. Starter and Pro have no top-ups, the path from Starter is Pro, with 1000 replies a month.

Prices may change. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If you subscribe while a founding price is offered, that price stays fixed for as long as your subscription remains active. Add-ons are not covered by that lock.

The 14-day trial

A new company gets a 14-day trial of Pro when it signs up. No card is needed.

The trial includes 50 replies for the whole 14 days. This is not the monthly Pro allowance and it does not reset.

There is one trial per company, ever. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan and new AI drafts pause until you subscribe. Your account, your reviews and your replies stay.

Plan changes, cancellation and refunds

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account.

An upgrade, and a switch from monthly to yearly on the same plan, takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata.
A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing changes until then.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

We do not refund part periods, unused replies, or a downgrade, unless the law requires it.

A downgrade never deletes your locations. Locations above the new limit become inactive, oldest kept first, and become active again automatically if you upgrade.

If a payment fails we may pause new AI drafts until it succeeds. We will tell you before we do.

The Beta testing programme

Beta testing is a limited programme for thirty businesses in Greece and Cyprus, running for eight weeks before the public launch. Participants use the full product at no cost, with up to 500 replies a month and up to 10 locations, all of them at no extra charge. No card is taken and nothing renews.

Participation is governed by the separate Beta testing terms, which each participant accepts before the programme starts. Where those terms differ from these, they take priority for the duration of the programme.

Places are granted by us, belong to the business that applied, and cannot be transferred. We may end a participation early if the programme terms are broken.

Acceptable use

Content and intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and brand belong to LuxeReply or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business.

Your reviews, your replies and the text you enter remain yours. You give us the permission we need to process them in order to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

Reviews, names and marks belonging to Google or another platform remain theirs, and your use of them through LuxeReply is subject to that platform's terms.

Data protection and privacy

For the personal data in your account and in your reviews, you are the controller and LuxeReply is the processor under the GDPR. The Data Processing Agreement sets out those terms and forms part of this agreement.

Google user data is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements: we use it only to provide the features you asked for, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising or to train general artificial intelligence models.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep LuxeReply available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages at providers we depend on, and Google API limits can all affect it.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you rely on, or make a change that materially reduces the service, we will tell you and you may cancel.

Features marked as beta or as coming soon are offered as they are and may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for all claims in any twelve month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

LuxeReply is a business tool. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for the effect of published replies on your business.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings, or by writing to [email protected].

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if a payment stays unpaid, or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Unless the breach is serious or the law requires immediate action, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Export anything you need before you close your account. After closure your data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, and access through third-party integrations ends.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law. We will try to settle any dispute with you directly. If we cannot, the courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you use LuxeReply as a consumer rather than for a business, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical or business reasons. This version takes effect on 9 September 2026.

If a change is material we will tell you by email or inside the platform at least 7 days before it applies to your account, and for accounts that already existed it applies only after that notice period. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

The version in force is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.
