How it works
What is LuxeReply?
LuxeReply writes warm, personal replies to your Google reviews, in your own voice. You read each one, change what you like and publish it to Google in one click. Every review gets an answer, and your evenings stay yours.
How does it work?
Connect your Google Business Profile and choose your locations. LuxeReply brings in your reviews, including the ones from the past year you never got to, and your first replies are ready within minutes. From then on, new reviews arrive on their own and each one is a click away from a ready reply.
How long does it take to set up?
About three minutes. All you need is the Google account that manages your Business Profile. No card, nothing to install.
Can replies be published automatically?
Only if you want them to. Today you publish every reply yourself, in one click. Autopilot is coming soon on Pro: replies to 4 and 5 star reviews go out on their own, while 1 to 3 star reviews always wait for you.
What will I see in the app?
All your reviews and replies in one place, the ones still waiting for an answer easy to spot, and a clear picture of how your rating and your Google profile are doing month by month.
Your voice and control
Will the replies sound like me?
Yes, that is the whole point. You choose the tone for each location and can add the details you like to mention, the words you never use and your signature. LuxeReply also learns from the replies you publish, so it keeps getting closer to how you write.
How does it handle negative reviews?
With care. A difficult review gets a calm, considered reply, never a defensive one, and you always read it before it goes out.
What if I don't like a reply?
Change it right there, ask for a new version or write your own. Nothing goes out until you are happy with it.
Who is responsible for what gets published?
You are, as the owner of your Business Profile. That is why you always have the final say on every reply.
Platforms and languages
Which review platforms does it work with?
Google is connected directly: reviews come in on their own and replies go out in one click. For Booking.com, TripAdvisor and others, paste the review into LuxeReply and copy the finished reply back.
Which languages does it work in?
LuxeReply replies in whatever language each review was written in. Reviews in other languages are translated for you, so you always know what the customer said, and you can read your reply in your own language too. The app itself works in Greek and English.
Does it work outside Greece?
Yes, LuxeReply works with any Google Business Profile, wherever it is. Our Beta testing itself is open to businesses in Greece and Cyprus.
Plans, data and your account
How much does it cost?
Right now we are running our Beta testing: thirty businesses in Greece and Cyprus use LuxeReply free for eight weeks, with no card. After that, Starter is €15 a month and Pro is €29 a month, and founding members keep their price for as long as they stay subscribed.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Businesses in our Beta testing use LuxeReply free for eight weeks, no card needed. Places are limited, and you can save yours on the Beta testing page.
What happens if I use up my monthly replies?
Nothing is lost. Your reviews keep coming in, and new replies pick up again at the start of next month, or straight away if you move to a bigger plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no contract. Your reviews and your reply history stay in your account.
What data do you use?
Only what the service needs: your Google reviews, your replies, your settings and your account details. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain it in full.
Can I disconnect Google or delete my data?
Yes. You can disconnect Google at any time and syncing stops straight away. If you close your account, we keep your data for one month in case you change your mind, and then delete it for good. If you would like it deleted sooner, just email us at [email protected].
How do I get help?
Write to [email protected] or press “Something not working?” inside the app. A real person reads and answers every message.
