How LuxeReply Uses Google User Data

Who we are

LuxeReply, operated by Edem Inn single member PC (Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece), is an independent third-party platform that helps businesses manage and respond to their online reviews, including those on Google Business Profile. LuxeReply is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

With your explicit consent, granted through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen when you connect your account, LuxeReply accesses your Google Business Profile data through official Google APIs. You can see exactly which permissions are requested before you approve them, and you can revoke access at any time.

What we access, and why

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access only the minimum data needed to run the service:

Your name and email address: to identify your LuxeReply account
Your business profile information: business name and location(s)
Your reviews: review text, star rating, reviewer name and public profile photo
Permission to publish replies: so the responses you approve are posted back to your profile

Optional, only if you connect them for a location:

Gmail, send only: to send the feedback requests you choose from your own address. We cannot read, search or delete your email, and we do not store the messages.
Google Calendar, read and add events: we see the list of your calendars so you can choose one, read its appointments to fill your list of customers to ask for feedback, and add the bookings you confirm. We do not store your appointments.

We use this data only to display your reviews inside LuxeReply, to draft, manage and publish your replies, to send the feedback requests you choose, and to read and add calendar events when you use that feature. Nothing else.

Our commitments

We use Google user data only to provide and improve LuxeReply's core features: review replies, the feedback requests you choose to send and the appointments in your calendar
We never use it for advertising, profiling or market research
We never sell it, and we never share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service or when required by law
No humans read your Google data, except with your permission (e.g., for support), for security reasons, or to comply with the law
You can disconnect at any time in LuxeReply (Business Profile on your Properties page, Gmail and Google Calendar on your Ask for feedback page) or from your Google Account permissions; when you disconnect or delete your account, stored Google data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement

LuxeReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
